In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, visual merchandising, and staff development. You'll also collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff development
  • Lead a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the brand
  • Identify and assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance in partnership with the General Manager

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience (preferred)
  • Experience leading a team to achieve sales goals and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 40 pounds as needed
  • Be at least 18 years old
