Responsibilities
  1. Loading and unloading railcars and trucks, including sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  2. Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs, including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
  3. Maintaining quality of inventory, including blended, bulk, or packaged product.
  4. Delivering products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed, and others to customer sites.
  5. Keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe, including regular housekeeping duties and grounds maintenance.
Requirements
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • 1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
