Job Description

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering on Production Goals: Meet production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Maintaining a Safe Working Environment: Ensure compliance with local and state regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and adhere to health guidelines.
  • Implementing Quality Control: Implement quality control methods throughout the entire process and document manufacturing methods.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college or college graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, and/or inventory.
  • Skillset: Ability to work well in a group, adapt quickly to changes, and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
