Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process prescriptions and OTC orders, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete paperwork and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of prescriptions and other pharmacy-related tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pharmacy technician certification or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions.
