Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Employbridge. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transportation and delivery of goods and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide transportation services for clients participating in RSIG programs.
  • Perform pre-travel inspections to maintain compliance with vehicle maintenance regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and light maintenance of vehicles.
  • Coordinate logistics of RSIG donations, including pick-up and organization.
  • Document transportation services provided for completion of client files.
  • Set up vehicle records/files, including daily checklists, repairs, tags/registrations/insurance copies, and extra keys.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Demonstrate understanding of Refugees and Refugee Resettlement processes.
  • MS Office experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
