Job Overview

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Professional to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing essential support for children with autism, helping them build skills for everyday life.

About the Role

  • Provide individualized support to children with autism, implementing treatment plans and encouraging positive behaviors.
  • Work under the guidance of a BCBA to collect data on each child's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with children and families, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, child care, or as a teacher's assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing situations.
