Position: 2nd Shift Warehouse Operative, Full-time/Permanent, Monday to Friday, $18.00/hour with WEEKLY pay - 3:30 PM to 12:00 Midnight

Company: Bonded Filter Company (BFC) is a reputable HVAC maintenance provider with a legacy of 60 years in the industry, specializing in the manufacturing, installation, and servicing of air filtration solutions for commercial and industrial clients across the nation.

Role Summary: The warehouse operative will engage in various production and logistical tasks related to the creation, packaging, sorting, and distribution of air filters and frames utilized by our field technicians nationwide.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred. Ability to work in diverse weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Proficiency in handling tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills is necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential.
  • Ability to safely operate non-motorized hand trucks and work at heights.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble supply kits for field personnel (including gloves, staples, and bags) and ensure accuracy of all items for shipment.
  • Package and organize filter and frame materials into designated boxes, prepare shipping documentation, and load materials onto transport vehicles.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, unpack materials, and organize stock within the warehouse inventory.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
