Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA) to join a school district in Wisconsin.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Wisconsin State SLP License and a degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
