About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air handlers, and automation/control systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to maintain peak operational condition.
  • Assist other mechanics and electricians with repairs and maintenance of plumbing/piping/tubing, interior/exterior painting, line striping, welding, snaking drains, and other tasks.
  • Maintain tools and order supplies as required for installation and repairs.
  • Keep logs, document equipment repairs, close work orders, and track time accurately in reports.
Requirements
  • 7 years of HVAC facility-related work experience.
  • Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's (or within 90 days of employment).
  • EPA Universal Certification and R410a certification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes, safety practices, and regulatory laws.
  • Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
