Position Summary: We are in search of a Lead Environmental Project Manager to enhance our Environmental and Earth Systems (EES) division. This role is pivotal in managing diverse projects such as environmental assessments, remediation efforts, and compliance management, catering to a wide array of clients from the private sector to public agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide EES personnel in their professional growth.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting marketing initiatives.
- Technical Oversight: Design and implement effective site investigation and remediation strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a BA/BS in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in California.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams and financial oversight of projects.
- California PE or PG license is required.
- Current OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
