Independent Optometrist Opportunity

As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within a Sam's Club location. This opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, providing eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being services.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (for certain locations)
  • Valid state ophthalmology license (for certain locations)
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
What You'll Do

As an Independent Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye care services to patients, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to establish your own practice and set your own schedule.
