Position Overview

As a Coffee Shop Supervisor at Markorious LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring efficient service delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of baristas, providing necessary support and training
- Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee food preparation and handling to guarantee quality and freshness

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience in the food service sector is advantageous

- Ability to accurately manage cash transactions
- Proficient in basic mathematics for retail calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus tips

Expected Work Hours: 40 hours per week
