Qualifications:

Floor Nurse: We welcome applications from Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records is advantageous (experience with Matrix is preferred).
