Associate Director, Global Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes team. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quantitative evidence syntheses to support our medicines and vaccines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data generation plans, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in evidence synthesis projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead quantitative evidence synthesis projects to support our medicines and vaccines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data generation plans
- Ensure the highest standards of excellence in evidence synthesis projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and researchers
- PhD degree in a quantitative discipline such as epidemiology, health economics, health services research, health informatics, or biostatistics
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in quantitative evidence synthesis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
