About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Care Nurse to join our team at Orlando Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an advanced care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward expected outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
Estimated Salary:

$125,000 per year
