Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $$62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also comes with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Description

The Day Treatment program provides intensive therapeutic services for children who require mental health treatment outside of a traditional school setting. As a Qualified Professional, you will work as part of a community-based team to provide services that promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a team approach to deliver services that address the unique needs of each child
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma-informed care and coping skills
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions between academic and therapeutic settings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience working with the child mental health population (Associate Professional)
  • Two years of experience preferred (Qualified Professional)
