Job Overview
We're seeking a full-time, 40-hour RN to support our Family Medicine and Behavioral Health services at our Burlington site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including phone triage, office visits, patient education, and medication administration.
They will also be responsible for supporting back office clinical operations, including in-basket management and phone triage.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a completion of an accredited Nursing degree program, an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts, and BLS certification.
Experience in an ambulatory practice setting is strongly preferred, as is proficiency with an EHR and Epic experience.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $83,000-$120,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
