Job Description:
We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineering Manager to lead our ML Dev Experience team. You will be at the forefront of AI/ML at Snap, making it happen by leveraging AI/ML to grow communities and present personalized experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a team of full-stack developers, setting strategy, building a roadmap, creating measurable goals, and leading your team to deliver. You'll collaborate with Product, Software, and Machine Learning Engineering teams, as well as executive stakeholders. Additionally, you'll evaluate technical tradeoffs, be a strong technical mentor, hire, grow, and retain high-performing team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have experience with building high availability and mission-critical systems, leading an engineering team, and executing large complex technical initiatives. They should also have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 8+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years of team management experience, and experience with distributed systems and web development.
