Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key contact and liaison for customers, you will ensure their total satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and courteous service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact, and have some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure every customer experience is top-notch in quality
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner, ensuring follow-up on all customer issues
- Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
- Provide support on product selection and application
- Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with an estimated salary of $18.75 per hour depending on experience.
