Newaygo County Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bachelor Level Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Adult Services Team, you will provide case management services to adults with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, monitoring, and advocacy for clients.
  • Coordinate case management services, including medical consultation, transportation arrangements, and other support services.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and resources.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field.
