Job Title: OTR Tanker Truck Driver

Wynne Transport Service, Inc. is seeking a qualified OTR Tanker Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tanker Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling liquid bulk general hazmat products across 48 states.

Job Details:
  • Company: Up to $0.68 per practical mile (loaded and empty + supplemental pay) or median $1,650 per week
  • Owner Operator: 70% of linehaul/accessorial charges and 100% of Fuel Surcharge or median $5,800 per week to the truck

As a Tanker Truck Driver, you will be required to have a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements. You must also have a clean motor vehicle license and 2 years of recent driving experience. TWIC is preferred, and you must have a valid DOT medical card. English proficiency is required, and you must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Be available for work at all times to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules
  • Submit customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
  • Inspect vehicles, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure
  • Maintain a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations
