Job Description

As a Dental Hygienist at Mid-State Health Center, you will be responsible for providing preventative care and education to patients. Your duties will include preparing treatment rooms, greeting patients, and performing dental hygiene treatments under the supervision of a licensed dentist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient use
  • Welcome and soothe patients, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
  • Perform dental hygiene treatments, including scaling and polishing teeth
  • Provide patients with personalized oral health education and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements

To succeed as a Dental Hygienist at Mid-State Health Center, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of New Hampshire
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required
