Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Welcome House team members are friendly, attentive, and perceptive. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and engaging with all Members, visitors, and personnel entering our exclusive Whitetail Club Community. This position is crucial for maintaining the security of the community by ensuring that all entrants possess the necessary identification and permissions.

YOUR ROLE:

You will create a positive first impression for our members and guests. Your demeanor will be characterized by a warm smile, a neat uniform, and a consistently professional appearance, ensuring that your surroundings are well-kept and inviting. You will set the standard for the overall Whitetail Club experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome all Members, visitors, vendors, and staff with a courteous and friendly attitude.
  • Bid farewell to departing guests with a friendly wave and a thank you when appropriate.
  • Act as the gatekeeper by verifying and assisting public access, or directing them to the appropriate resources when necessary. Stay informed about special events, tournaments, and daily guest lists.
  • Assist Members and guests with inquiries, providing accurate and friendly information.
  • Manage access for various vendors, directing them to the correct entry points based on vehicle specifications.
  • Report any safety issues, driving concerns, property damage, or structural issues observed at the Greeting House to the Safety & Security Manager or the on-duty Agent promptly.
  • Facilitate the entry of Emergency personnel into the community as required.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a self-motivated and disciplined approach.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficient in oral and written English comprehension and expression.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record, ensuring insurability for driving company vehicles.
