Locum Psychiatrist

Austin Major Group is working with Locum Jobs Online to find a qualified Psychiatry MD in Alaska. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8a-5p, with a duration of 6-12 months. Credentialing timeframe is 4-6 weeks.

Mainly adult population. Cases include schizophrenia, bipolar, eating disorders, addiction, depression. Support staff includes social workers, nurses, med staff, psychologists. Meditech EMR.
Qualifications- Valid medical license
- Board-certified or Board-eligible
- Graduated from a psychiatric residency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
