Sales Associate

Forever 21 is a leader in the global fast fashion market, operating 350+ stores across the USA and a robust e-commerce platform. We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, who will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming environment for customers, responding to their inquiries and needs promptly.
- Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience, using basic selling techniques to engage with customers.
- Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise, introducing current sales, promotions, credit card applications, and other brand initiatives to gain customer loyalty.
- Follow the Company's Customer FIRST model, completing sales transactions and maintaining proper accountability at registers.
- Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
- Speak positively about the brand, customers, and team members, demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
- Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
- Assist in daily store recovery, before, during, or after store opening hours.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
- Share feedback and ideas with management to improve store processes.
- Adapt to a changing environment, managing multiple tasks, and providing support for all cross-functional departments.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
- Must be energetic and charismatic, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and act with integrity and business maturity.
- Must be able to complete sales transactions in the POS register system.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals.
