Job Summary:

At ViaQuest Residential Services, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to live independently and safely.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support, supervising and teaching individuals in all aspects of their life, and completing various household tasks.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance. You will also need to be able to push, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. and climb, balance, kneel, and crouch.
