We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home West Los Angeles, CA. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and companionship assistance to seniors in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities, such as conversation, reading, and games.
- Assist clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair or walker.
- Administer medication, as needed.
- Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB test within the past 2 years.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in the West Los Angeles area.
- Reliable transportation to get to clients' homes.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Great communication skills.
- Competitive pay, starting at $17 to $19 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling, including daytime, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Direct Deposit paid bi-weekly.
- Paid training, including Dementia and Parkinson's disease training.
