Clinical Team Lead

**Job Summary:**

Beth Abraham Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical team as a Clinical Team Lead. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
* Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

**Requirements:**

* Current RN license in the state of New York
* Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Familiarity with electronic health records and prescribing programs
* Basic computer skills
