As a Medical Director at Dignity Health, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare in our region. Your expertise and leadership will help us deliver high-quality patient care, advance our clinical programs, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,400 - $420,800 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to supporting the well-being of our employees.
