JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing high-quality care to support recovery and functional independence.

Our company, JAG Physical Therapy, is a comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with multiple facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and recording patient care data, preparing evaluation reports, administering tests and measures, and establishing treatment plans based on evaluation results. Additionally, they will provide education and training to patients and their support systems, oversee support staff, and promote JAG Physical Therapy in the community through presentations and lectures.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state of practice, and have valid CPR certification. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software is preferred. Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a positive professional demeanor are essential qualities for success in this position.
Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and continuing education reimbursement. You will also have access to our workplace wellness program and enjoy a guaranteed 3 weeks of paid time off, with up to 4 weeks available based on performance.
