General Tradesperson

About the Job
We are seeking a skilled General Carpenter to join our team at DPR Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing structures and fixtures, constructing building frameworks, and ensuring the highest quality standards in every project.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include following blueprints and building plans, installing windows and molding, measuring, cutting, or shaping wood, plastic, and other materials, helping to erect, level, and install building framework, and inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on carpentry. You should also possess excellent physical stamina, as the job requires climbing, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, balancing, squatting, and kneeling for prolonged periods. Additionally, you must be able to lift/push/pull up to and not limited to 100lbs and be comfortable working in various environments, including on-site locations that may involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust, and fumes.
