As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in working with the CHRO to manage and oversee various aspects of human resources, with a focus on strategy, organizational change management, benefits administration, compensation analysis, and proficiency in Workday HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in leadership meetings to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify change impacts and develop action plans to address them.
- Facilitate communication and training initiatives to support organizational change.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
- Provide guidance on salary adjustments and incentive programs.
- Manage LTI and NQDC plans.
- In conjunction with SR HR Generalist, partner with assigned department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.
- Conduct benefits orientation and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned departments for employee relations issues and provide guidance to resolve conflicts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
- Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and other key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master's degree or advanced HR training and designations preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years progressive human resources experience.
- Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, organization design, leadership development, talent management, compensation, succession planning, training and organizational development.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Workday (HRMS) experience preferred.
