Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest endoscopy procedures and technologies to provide evidence-based care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Requirements
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
  • One year of specialized nursing experience equivalent to the next lower grade level
