About the Role

In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery of daily therapeutic care and programming to our clients. You will supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff, ensuring that they are meeting the needs of our clients. Your leadership skills will be essential in creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain schedules within the assigned campus residential unit.
  • Help evaluate youth referred to the Agency for residential care.
  • Participate in the appropriate on-call system.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and oversee and transport clients for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's degree plus three years of experience, Bachelor's degree preferred, OR HS plus at least five years of experience required.
  • Related experience with vulnerable populations and older adolescent population is required.
  • Must have supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to manage a residential unit.
  • A valid driver's license and meet agency insurability standards for using agency vehicles and transporting youth.
