Geo Owl is seeking a skilled Maritime Cartographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience and fulfill the qualifications outlined below.
Position Location: Remote
Security Clearance: TS/SCI required
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), demonstrating a thorough understanding of geospatial analytical techniques.
- Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Proficient in geography, cartography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), with hands-on experience in ArcGIS applications.
- Experience in developing shapefiles, geo-databases, and geospatial features.
- Familiarity with geospatial analysis software suites, including GIS commercial software like ArcGIS Pro, ERDAS, and SocetSet, along with standard office software.
- Understanding of digital cartography, image processing, GIS, geospatial production methods, and NGA digital data formats.
Educational Background:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
