About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation for appointments and activities, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, behaviors, and incidents, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client plans, promoting independence and quality of life.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two+ years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
  • Valid Arkansas driver's license and reliable transportation with state minimum liability insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
