Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our team at SP+ Hospitality. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level guest service to each guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Safely move vehicles to and from the garage upon request.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized parking environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in written and/or oral forms.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus.
  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sprint short distances.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, less break).
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to work in extreme elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, luggage, etc.).
