Radiology Nurse Specialist III

As a Radiology Nurse Specialist III at CommonSpirit Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an RN nursing program.
- Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
- Basic life support certification required upon hire.
- American Heart Association certifications, such as ACLS, may be required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Experience in radiology or a related field.
