**Overview**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing individual medical support and education to individuals in assigned programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Salary: $40.00 per hour
**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and coordinating healthcare services for participants, including communicating all medical issues to relevant staff members. You will also assist and transport individuals with their medical appointments as recommended by their physicians and DDS standards.
You will maintain current medication and treatment orders, noting any side effects or adverse effects, and report them to the appropriate people. Additionally, you will review ISPs for current knowledge of programming in self-medication, behavior plans, hygiene skills, and physical therapy plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a LPN or RN with a current MA license, as well as one year of experience working with individuals with ID/DD. A US Driver's License with a good driving record is also required.
