Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction process of custom homes in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential construction, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of leading with honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule with subcontractors and deliveries to maintain project timelines.
- Provide regular updates to management by monitoring project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct inspections of work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily logs and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain safe and productive job sites.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential custom home projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, LEED) are a plus.
