We are in search of a proficient Surgical Technologist to contribute to our advanced surgical facility. In this role, you will be integral in assisting with surgical operations across multiple specialties such as Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Colorectal, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Pain Management, and GI Endoscopy. Our facility is equipped with two primary operating rooms and two minor procedure rooms dedicated to outpatient surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Surgical Technologist is essential in supporting surgical teams, managing surgical instruments, and ensuring the efficient workflow of surgical operations. This role demands a meticulous individual with strong communication abilities and the capacity to adapt to dynamic environments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CST Certification
  • Completion of an accredited surgical technician program or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in an outpatient surgical setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care protocols
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
