Role Overview of the Alignment Specialist

As an Alignment Specialist, you will utilize advanced technology to ensure precise alignment of tires and wheels on customer vehicles. Your expertise in measuring and adjusting critical angles such as caster, camber, toe, and thrust will play a vital role in minimizing tire wear and ensuring vehicles operate smoothly. Additionally, you will conduct state-required inspections, perform oil changes, handle flat repairs, and execute various automotive services and repairs as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. To qualify for the Alignment Specialist position, candidates must meet the following criteria: (1) be at least 18 years old; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) have a minimum of one year of experience or training in tire dismounting, mounting, rotation, and balancing, or possess equivalent education and experience. A state inspection license is preferred.

This role requires physical stamina, as Alignment Specialists must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform various movements associated with vehicle maintenance. Regular lifting of items weighing over 50 pounds is also expected.
