POSITION SUMMARY

This role entails overseeing the administration of intravenous vitamin therapies for outpatient clients while providing clinical guidance and education to both clients and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and oversee client treatments, including initiating IVs and managing fluid infusions, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Document all client interactions, including therapy services, assessments, and treatment responses.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, focusing on selection and staff development.
  • Educate and train staff on best practices and client care procedures.
  • Inspire and lead the team by promoting a positive work environment aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Foster trust and respect among team members and clients effectively.
  • Monitor staff performance in collaboration with HR, documenting behaviors and outcomes.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting and coaching.
  • Identify and nurture high-performing employees by expanding their responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Associate's Degree in Nursing or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current and valid license required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This position involves working eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. The work is conducted in a climate-controlled clinic environment with adequate lighting.
