Home Health Clinical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of physical therapists in Pueblo, CO. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality home healthcare services to patients and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in Colorado. A minimum of 3 years of experience in home healthcare and 2 years of management experience are preferred.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
