About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling refrigerated equipment, environmental, air conditioning, and all auxiliary systems at our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with technical support on equipment issues
  • Adhere to a truck maintenance schedule and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Investigate and repair problems on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Provide high-quality service at all times
  • Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
  • Participate in company-provided training on the latest industry technologies
  • Perform preventative maintenance on cooling towers and evaporative condensers
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with property management
  • Recycle and charge refrigerant as required (EPA certification required)
  • Repair and replace condensers, compressors, pumps, valves, motors, bearings, belts, and other parts
  • Strive to provide first-time fixes for tenant equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Think creatively to enhance services to our tenants
  • Perform welding and soldering as needed
Requirements
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • HVAC Certification
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
