Job Summary

Precision Scans Inc is seeking an experienced and professional CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for independently performing all outpatient MRI exams and procedures with high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies
  • Obtain images, produce film records, and backups from disk to storage media, and transfer from desk to PACS stations
  • Maintain accurate study documentation
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including administering radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases under the direction of a physician
  • Detect and map radiopharmaceuticals in patients' bodies
  • Process cardiac function studies
  • Calculate, measure, and record radiation dosage or radiopharmaceuticals received, used, and disposed of
  • Record and process results of procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
  • ARRT(R)(CT) certification
  • CA State Venipuncture permit
  • BLS certification issued by AHA
  • Reliable commute to Santa Monica
