Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Amivero. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning models and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
* Create and fine-tune algorithms for various tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
* Develop models leveraging advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
* Build and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Databricks and Hadoop/Cloudera.
* Implement ETL processes to clean, prepare, and transform large datasets for analysis and modeling.
* Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
* Deploy and manage machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
* Optimize cloud infrastructure to enhance the performance and scalability of machine learning solutions.
* Implement best practices for cloud security, cost management, and resource utilization.
* Develop and integrate LLMs to enhance data analysis, natural language understanding, and generation tasks.
* Experiment with and fine-tune pre-trained models to meet specific project requirements.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM technologies and apply them effectively.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's + 12 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
* Proficiency with Databricks and experience with developing and managing data workflows.
* Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
* Extensive knowledge of Hadoop/Cloudera and experience in big data processing.
* Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and other modern AI technologies.
* Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
* Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices for machine learning.
* Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects independently.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
