We are seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team as a Hospitalist at Physicians Inpatient Care Specialists (MDICS). As a Hospitalist, you will provide medical hospitalist and medical house services under the supervision of on-site hospitalist physicians.
Key Responsibilities- Competently perform History and Physical exams
- Competently perform Consultations on existing patients
- Provide cross coverage support as requested by medical staff
- Round on existing hospitalist patients and on facility medical staff patients as requested
- Submit accurate and timely charges for all professional services performed
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of internal medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This is a permanent, part-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will be a licensed physician with a strong background in internal medicine and hospitalist care.
