Job Description: We seek a seasoned General Manager who can oversee our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciences
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or similar experience
  • Proven track record of success in leadership and management roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
