Job Title: Pediatric Pulmonologist

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our team. As a key member of our Pulmonology Division, you will provide exceptional patient care services, conduct research, and participate in medical education programs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a board-certified Pediatric Pulmonologist to provide direct patient care services on an inpatient and outpatient basis, as well as subspecialty consultations and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric pulmonology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care services for which you are clinically privileged, including direct patient care, subspecialty consultations, and follow-ups.
  • Strive to achieve the best patient and family-centered care.
  • Support hospital patient satisfaction goals and division-specific targets.
  • Support and adhere to divisional patient safety and quality of care standards.
  • Practice contemporary evidence-based medicine or latest experience-based medicine.
Divisional Responsibilities
  • Establish and demonstrate effort to achieve annual physician goals and objectives.
  • Support medical education programs and activities, including direct supervision of trainees and allied health care professionals.
  • Participate in teaching rounds, lectures, and conferences for trainees.
  • Support research endeavors of the division, including research initiatives by other members of the division.
  • Support programmatic growth of the division.

  • Treat colleagues, PCH employees, and customers with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
  • Promote a safe, cooperative, and professional healthcare environment.
  • Support PCH mission, vision, and values, including family-centered care, excellence in clinical care, leadership, collaboration, and accountability.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics.
  • Board eligibility or certification in Pediatric Pulmonology.
  • Ability to obtain an Arizona medical license.
